I’m looking to get ripped in a short period of time?
Ok so it’s March now (obviously) and over the Summer holidays I will be going on holiday to Orlando Florida (probably July). So from now to then I would like to get ripped if and I start now I may be able to get into great shape. This is where I need you guys…
Ok so i’m not in bad shape as it is (I have access to the gym and I go running etc). There are just areas on my body that I would like to improve particularly the upper half. I would like a defined six-pack, pecks and biceps and I need effective, simple workouts (don’t get me wrong they don’t need to be easy!) to highlight my atributes.
Pecks – what is a great workout (s) for the pectorial muscles?
Abs – what are your personal favourite workout (s) for your abs? ( I like crunches and sit-ups) But maybe there are other great techniques for the abs…
Biceps – I believe that basic curls with a barbell are good for the biceps, but again maybe you could introduce something new?
The problem: A lof of the time I have a low self-esteem and lack of motivation and has therefore always been a matter of just doing it for me… but how? What motivates you as an individual?
Finally I know dietry is as important as working out in order to get ripped so I will sorting that out myself (my physical prep lecturer at College is doing a dietry plan for me) – but again feel free to leave ideas for me.
I’m hoping for plently of answers so don’t be put of if there are a lot of answers before youre’s (your idea may be the best) because I will read them all.
Thanks in advance, all of your answers will be greatly appreciated.
Everyone is asuming your fat, which by the sounds of it, you are not.
Stick to what you know best.
Crunches and sit ups are by far the best way for the abs and will also develop the pecks a little.
Pressups and chinups are also a good way to train for the pecks and even the biceps. (could also do dips)
My opinion?
1. Situps
2. Pressups
3. Chinups
4. Dips
Something like that.

Do the Fat X Workout and Diet Program. It’s great for losing fat, getting fit and toned. The workout videos are free on the Fat X 101 blog(http://www.FatX101.com). You can also get a personal trainer or join a boot camp.
